The known issue with these cameras false-triggering every second makes them unusable. I have two Flex Darks and both have the bug, taking a thousand pictures a day for no reason and no way to remedy. Customer service is useless, will convince you it's a setting or placement issue, it's not, but they will lead you to pay for an unlimited subscription service. Check the reddit threads. Don't waste your time with Spypoint.

just getting this set up, but from what I can see the 100 free photos is a crock because it takes a picture every 60 seconds unless you pay the $99 a year for the upgrade. when you pay that you have a lot more options. I may be wrong I just tried to adjust the timing. but it's taking pictures of things that are not even moving even though it says its motion sensitive. not sure I'm keeping it.

We purchased 3 new spypoint cameras last year. total of 13 now. we had some issues setting up, either not getting a good signal or just getting one picture a week. this last season was the worst experience with this company! 1 of the 3 new cameras didn't work from the get go. Troubleshooting didn't resolve. Then 3 months later, another camera stopped working. we paid in advance for the yearly subscription. didn't get any credit, no help, poor customer service. WE CANCELED ALL OF OUR SUBSCRIPTION
