runs slow. for some reason they did not create this to scan consistently one after the next. You must hit back or scan to continue scanning the next customer in. I have pride in moving our line outside extremely quick and with this ticket scanning app. it slows everything down, real pain the search option is ok. overall needs to be more user-friendly (easier to navigate throughout with ease and speed.) thank you !!! The guest list ticket option is good ✅️. Not everything is no good just some. ~B

Literally no forgot password option. I have an event tonight and I can't see my ticket holders.
