usually not a problem until two days ago my account only showing 80 coins now 34 when I have 1374. I also have unlocked dramas which have disappeared. I emailed and sent feedback. nothing via email but via message I being told it is showing the higher amount of coins check your account login . I have done this numerous times , uninstalled the app and reinstalled and logged in and out but doesn't work . The only response I get is it shows our end. would not recommend very unhappy customer

I have been trying to cancel the subscription to this and it keeps charging me 6.99 every week. I have followed the steps to get rid of this but I have not been able to! please help!!

Well, I'm experienced with these apps , I have many, and the only ones I support are the ones that offer weekly/monthly affordable subscriptions . Shorten does . Some series are absolutely amazing, and others are eyes rolling worthy , cringing at best . I won't give it 5 stars because it often freezes (when you swipe to the next or when you pause it, for example ) And lastly, there is not much content yet . So buying anything more than a 1 week subscription is not worth it yet .
