About this game

Welcome back to Vice City. Welcome back to the 1980s.

From the decade of big hair, excess and pastel suits comes a story of one man's rise to the top of the criminal pile. Vice City, a huge urban sprawl ranging from the beach to the swamps and the glitz to the ghetto, was one of the most varied, complete and alive digital cities ever created. Combining open-world gameplay with a character driven narrative, you arrive in a town brimming with delights and degradation and given the opportunity to take it over as you choose.

To celebrate its 10 year anniversary, Rockstar Games brings Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to mobile devices with high-resolution graphics, updated controls and a host of new features including:

• Beautifully updated graphics, character models and lighting effects
• New, precisely tailored firing and targeting options
• Custom controls with a fully customizable layout
• Massive campaign with countless hours of gameplay
• Compatible with the MoGa Wireless Game Controller and select USB gamepads
• Integrated with Immersion tactile effects
• Tailor your visual experience with adjustable graphic settings

EDIT: They had already fixed it. The play store was being weird about updating. The game doesnt launch on my s24. hasn't for a few months. was hoping it was a temporary bug that would be fixed but here we are 6 months later and it still wont launcn. When it does work its a solid 4 stars, not a perfect port but still really good. If theyre able to get game launching again, will definitely fix my review

A honestly clean port. The only part for me that feels odd is the driving physics, they've noticeably been tweaked for this version. Cars feel heavier in a way that doesn't feel right in my opinion, but it is servicable enough. I also had to use a gamepad to complete the Demolition Man mission because the touch controls were bugged. I don't know if it has been fixed now however. I don't understand the point of letting you sign into Rockstar Games if there are no cloud saves or achievements.

I was playing it, and I wanted to remember when I used to play vice city in the ps2, but instead, O get blurred out signs, windows which are now gray, instead of being able to look through them, I get places that now cost half, and missions soaped down, they either get way too easier, or get cut in the middle of the action, and that just ruins the game, I was trying out the shakedown mission, and barely broke 5 windows, when the mission ended, it feels to easy, and that easy factor just ruins it
