The app is pretty useless. I reserved the Steakhouse restaurant & when I showed up they didn't have it. I should have screenshot the confirmation. I did screenshot the next time, but didn't have a problem with the 2nd reservation. Every time I opened the app, I had to tell it I was there and which hotel, so annoying. Most of the time it didn't work. The only thing it was good at, was that you could see the menu, but be careful, it kept backing out and it was difficult to use.

The app works very well and provides quick access to hotel services and information . It is very easy to use. our only issue was with trying to use the electronic room key through the app. We tried it several times over our stay and didn't manage to get it to work once. Also, the app sends far too many surveys that include questions that were unrelated to the services we accessed. Other than that, we love the app.

The UX of the app is really bad, anytime I hit the back button goes to the main screen where I need to select the hotel where I'm staying again, this maybe works on iOS but not on Android. Also it doesn't remind where I'm staying, if I'm on the current booking dates obviously I want to check the hotel amenities and map, not book a new hotel the app works well to make restaurant reservations, but to use it is really painful
