When I first started using this app it was wonderful but here lately not so much. I've rented vehicles barely holding on that were considered expensive but performed like a hoopty. Sad part is when you call out the host for bad vehicles nothing is done and I've noticed that some of my ratings for host don't even show. It's as if they can pick and choose. Lastly but not least, Turo always said "to make sure vehicle is filled before returning" I recently did a rental with "107 miles to E" Superb

App is great - fees leave you wishing you didn't use it. It was labor day and I needed a car, but car rental companies had no inventory, so I gave turo a try. It was easy to sort cars by type and price. I chose a renter that had a storefront business, and they were great! My mistake was checking out without looking closely at the end price, because the end price was 40% more because of the fees! If you use turo and see companies using their platform, check if they have a website. Book direct!

I had a horrible experience with turo. I had booked a car about a month an advance only to have it canceled less than a week before it was supposed to be dropped off. booked another car only to have it canceled 20 minutes before it was supposed to be dropped off. customer service was absolutely no help in trying to help or be reimbursed for the 2 bookings. I will be deleting my account and never using turo again. horrible experience, I would rate it 0/5 if I could.
