not good. I have not been able to play since April 20, before the new update. After the update, it stays on the loading screen and I've had different messages at the bottom. the most recent says: init domain layer models error. login error. http request failed. message: error: trustfailure

So the developers sent me an enticement email saying I had a free birthday gift-cake ( " grab my gift") something about a decor item that also assisted ( probably briefly) in getting energy. I sent them an email back saying I'd play for a while but where was my gift? Their response was someone would get back to me. Where's my cake, Bedelia?! The game is even pricier to play than before. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back. I can always uninstall again...🙄

I have had many issues where a quest is asking for certain items to be made, I make them, and collect them when they are complete. Yet they do not count towards the quest. I have notified the developers several times and they do not care. They always say "clear your cache", or "check your storage on device" instead of making things right. I do not care if the made items are in my inventory, I care that they didn't count towards the quests and I could have used the resources for different things.
