Not like the remote app I have on my tablet, which allows me to alternate between moving the cursor or typing on a keypad when necessary like for logins and searches. Nothing is more frustrating than having to move cursors to virtual keys on a screen. Equally frustrating were the ads that popped up after every single function that I did. There's no need of that kind of extensive advertising, especially when trying to do accomplish tasks such as choosing new apps. Hence, I uninstalled.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration of navigating with a cursor and are working on enhancing the user experience, including features like keypad typing. As for the ads, they help support the app's development and server maintenance. We're always trying to find a balance. we'll take this into account for future updates.

Super pissed with it. It forced me to replace my original remote app for my LG TV (which i had no problems with other then the odd connection failure). It forces my phone to use Bluetooth, even though it's not needed for connecting to my TV. You MUST watch an add right when it first loads and then adds pop up when you are using it every 2 mins. The controls are OK but a little tricky to navigate. I'm not happy, but I don't have a choice 🤷‍♂️

Hi there! 😊 We're sorry to hear about your frustration. Ads are essential to keeping the app free and supporting its development and maintenance. 🛠️ As for the connection issue, Bluetooth helps enhance compatibility with a wider range of devices. We appreciate your feedback and will work on improving the controls for a better experience.

it's a suggested app for our new tv, and it has a subscription edit: the app is even worse than previously thought. you cannot go to your app list without the subscription, I click the home button and I get an ad that I can't skip. I cannot adjust the volume on the TV unless I pay the subscription. the subscription is either $4 a week, $25 a year, or $55 for a lifetime one time payment. but would I need to spend that for each device that has the app? do not buy this app, do not download it

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. The subscription gives access to advanced features, but you can still explore many basic functions for free. Feel free to reach out if you need support!
