Trash. I think if U wan apply discount just go straight to physical store and ask the sales assistant to help you. This app fails it's purpose and is just for show. Ordered online once tot payment went thru end up only found out payment failed after I emailed them. Ridiculous trash app, failed to facilitate E2E payment structure for a big company. At least their email support still works. But the app do not deserve any stars.

frustrating and terrible. absolutely appalling. every time it glitches or lags. it takes forever to open a link and now I can't even add items to my cart or open the cart page. how does a big brand like Pedro not have a functioning app or website. the website on both safari and chrome is terrible. what's supposed to be a smooth shopping experience always ends being an hour plus cause the webpage and app are so non user friendly and ancient. I've given this feedback previously also but no change

Unfortunately, Pedro needs to upgrade their app. Still lack of effectiveness and it's not suitable for Indonesian because the website is always crash (no internet connection & refresh are always pop up, can't see the price, can't purchase, usually can't load image as well).
