I did not realize I was under a subscription until I was charged (without notice mind you) and had no idea what the charge was from. My bank contacted me about the charge and that's when I had to do some digging to find out what it was. Since I clearly made the mistake and entered into a subscription I ate the charge even though I never used the service. I did, however, go in and cancel the subscription. Well, low and behold I got charged AGAIN! They won't refund my money. BUYER BEWARE.

The app doesn't work! It keeps showing "no Internet connection" message when everything else works!!! How do I solve this??? Edit: works after restarting the phone but it's the third time in four days so...not ok. Another edit: Didn't get better. I want to cancel my membership. the email says i can request it in settings in the app. Last edit: Super useful customer service! Changing my rate 🙂

seemed to be a decent app to help us train our dog. The steps were clear and laid out in a plan. BUT! I noticed that a week after my free 30 day trial, they charged me $14.98. Not once, but twice! I immediately attempted to chat with customer support. The button to do so takes you to email. Not a chat. I clicked on contact them, once again, email. No phone number is listed anywhere to contact them. I sent an email requesting a re refund and cancellation of my subscription.
