Does the job, but loading times are long and downloads could be optimized. I like that I can download single lessons and all of a course at once, but even with all at once it would be way more efficient to download them in batches, e.g. 5 in parallel, first to last rather than all at once. After all, usually people who download material tend to have less downlink anyway, e.g. on dive boats, remote islands. As it is, I'm getting the later lessons/reviews long before any I should start with.

The only option for padi recording your logs digitally. But it's very cumbersome. I can't really believe they haven't done work to modernise this app. There's so much missing in the experience it's very clear that divers had no real input in the dev process. I'd love for it to be rebooted. In fact if you need some contract work done to make the app better let me know, I've a few ideas.

Downloaded it as it recommended over the website if you don't have a reliable internet connection. After logging in and downloading the content, I tested by turning on airplane mode and closing the app down and then opening it back up. I was able to get in without logging in but when I attempted to start a course. The screen throws a giant black window with a message telling me they don't detect and internet connection and to check my internet connection to resume! Why bother?
