I signed up for what I believed was a free trial, but instead nearly $400 was charged to my bank account. I contacted customer support immediately. They replied once, saying my case had been forwarded to another team member for cancellation and a refund. Since then, I have received no further response, even though the charge has already been processed. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Charging almost $400 while failing to provide timely customer support is unacceptable.

Barely works, and worthless customer service. "Use wifi" is all they say. And then the connection drops on wifi and all they say is "oh, must be you." I've spoken with a dozen other people who use the app and it happens to all of them. Quo leadership wastes their time on AI when their core function of providing calling services only works about 75% of the time. That said, the other VOIPs are pretty sorry, too.

Quo may be fine for business use, but is utterly unsuited to personal use. I told them that we were a retired couple moving overseas and wanted to stay in touch via phone and text, and get 2FA codes, and they assured me Quo would work for us. But we can't have separate contact lists, can't send texts, and can't receive phone calls (we can make calls to the US, so there's that). And as non-business users, we're not entitled to live support.
