For the most part this is a great minimalist poker app, which was a solid 5 star app until the recent "rewards" update. They threw a bunch of money grab features that don't really fit the aesthetic and add a bunch of noise to what was an excellent UX. I'm hoping this was just a one-off mistake that will be quickly resolved in the future rather than a new direction for the app.

Thanks so much for your honest feedback! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We hear you about the recent rewards update and how it changed the vibe of the app. Our goal is always to improve the experience for our players, but we definitely don’t want to lose that minimalist feel that makes Offsuit special.

I really like this app. Improvements I'd like to see is kicking inactive players after no response twice in a row. Every game has some inactive player in it that everyone is waiting on and it takes too long to kick them. Id also like to see the option to show your cards at the end of the round if you've folded. And I agree with others that the offline AI is really horrible to play against.

The game would be really fun to play, if the AI wouldn't be so obvious. Like other reviews said, the AI goes all-in on the most random hands. It kinda feels designed to push you into buying the premium (or if you feel like wasting money, the gems). If this, and other critical reviews are wrong, then I have a suggestion for the devs: make the low risk games more casual. It seems to me that the difficulty is the same on all buy in levels and it makes learning or playing the game frustrating.
