I can't see anything in the activities even though I get notifications during the day. Lately if I get a notification it's hit or miss if I can even open it and see what happened. When trying to view the live cam it won't load and I have to close and reopen the app. I've already reinstalled the app but overall it's meh. Going to look for something else I think. I love how everything is local storage but if I can't access it, then what's the point.

Google Search 'Eufy Privacy Concerns'. It's funny they added that "decrypting files" animation right after they got caught doing the exact opposite. I don't believe it for a second. The app is just a buggy mess now. Videos that were already recorded will disappear from the app in 2 weeks even though you turned off the camera and aren't recording anymore. New videos disappear after a day. The videos that are disappearing are still there because the storage space hasn't changed with the camera off

The app is fun to use, and easy. But lately it is not loaded up to stream a live image. It fails almost every time I open the app. I have to power down the cam (wirelessly) and then power back up in order for it to work. That doesn't always fix the problem. I also have rebooted by doing a true power cycle with the plug. Please address this issue
