Very disappointed. They offer great subscription discounts ($16 dollars in my case for a month) but they keep suggesting more personalize promotion and you keep scrolling down hoping to finally see your plan and you end up by accident subscribing to more of their offers. They took additional money from me like that and when you want to cancel you can't reach them for help to get your refund.

I dislike how you have to pay for every option, even to use the app. I hate how glitchy it is, it doesn't accurately track fasting times and eating windows. When I came on to my eating window, it showed that I had been fasting for just over 5 hours and that would put my eating window at about 3:45am. I'm still still sleeping at that time! I won't be using this app for very much longer and won't renew my subscription

I intended to purchase a CHF 19 one-month plan, but ended up with recurring charges that I never knowingly requested. The subscription flow is confusing and makes it very easy to be charged for services you don't realize you're buying. This business model feels deliberately designed to maximize charges rather than provide transparency to customers. Customer support refused my refund request despite my explanation. I would not recommend this service. Be very careful with Instagram ads.
