terrible app and terrible service. The product has been useless for ages and all I see are apologises, but never any solutions. If you know the product is garbage and it remains unusable then compensate your customers. They shouldn't have to chase you to get their money back and especially when your app never worked to begin with.

Awful. Cannot sync folders or gallery. Cannot upload whole folders, so have to select files individually with a very clunky app. Support suggested using windows to back up files which is absolutely useless considering I purchased to back up photos on my phone. Expected to much more from Nord. It's a shame I didnt realise how bad it was before the 30 day period was up. £160 down the drain.

I am not sure why I paid for this useless cloud storage. The android app is a joke. Every single time you open the app, it hangs; create a folder, it hangs; upload a file, it hangs. Hangs is a suitable name for this app. Email customer service, they say "they are unable to recreate this issue", wants you to provide logs and screenshot. I am sorry, but a waste of time! I am assuming, everyone who reviewed here is making up stories except for the coding/testing team who created/running this app.
