If this app doesn't improved there system cuz it's still has a bugs like my account has. I've already concern it in customer service and the "Grace" name has answered yet she insisted that my account is okay. If you doesn't change Grace the way you think and the way you do to your job. Just quit your job as a customer services representative cause you don't own the app like you're like a boss. Your app has an issue and i've already emailed coco. Bunch of complaints but no one can really solve.

Bones
I can't login at all. My login info is correct, I'm 100% sure. I used to be able to login, but now I just get a "login failed" whenever I try. I uninstalled then reinstalled but still the same issue. I tried a password reset, but the link it sends me to is unresponsive. I can't do that either. This app is currently broken. It wasn't always this way, 1 star rating till its fixed.
