Don't bother. Your neopass will become unlinked. Sending a ticket to get it fixed is not worth the trouble. Someone responded to my ticket ONCE requesting more information, I sent it within mere minutes, and it's been a week with no more responses to my ticket and I doubt they will respond again. I have dozens of rewards waiting to be sent to my account. According to JN, uninstalling and reinstalling is likely to reset progress and make the prizes go away. I've wasted so much time on this!

Nearly a month has passed since a general linking of the neopass broke, rewriting a lot of our game ID, and thus deleting all of our progress. Worse than that, all of our resources collected till then has disappeared permanently. Tickets were submitted but to no avail... the only way to (probably) save your game was to remember your game ID, which Is auto-generated by the game, containing approximately 20 random digits generated.... If you're going to play the game, be wary of this repeating....

Game has suddenly stopped working. There was no update, so not sure why this has happened. I get the login screen, but the user credentials are not loaded, and therefore you can go no further. I only play this game to get the Neopets (main site) items, and now I can't even do that. Update 17th April. A new version has been issued. Downloaded it and it still doesn't work. However it does load your user id, but you still can't play. š
