FRAUD!! do not download or use this app.... in order to actually get benefits, You need to get a paid subscription but even if you pay, half of the features don't work.... I had an issue with the audio editing option which does not work no matter how many times I try... I have reached out to customer support multiple times but they stopped responding to me months ago ... I regret having wasted my money, please avoid them at all costs... it's fraud.

after they did an update on the app, my audio file got messed up so now my videos don't download with audio. I've contacted customer support many times and they don't respond. I've already paid for a whole year of service and can't even use it because the audio doesn't work. I really wish customer service would contact me back.

In the meantime, please try enabling the “Clean Audio” option before exporting, or use the “Export Raw” option as a workaround. I've been using this app for at least 6 months. starting today it records fine and when I play my recording it has sound but when I download it to my phone there is no sound. support is horrible for this app and I can't get a person to help me fix it. Don't waste your money.
