the cameras okay. provides really clean clear picture as long as you don't use the night vision anywhere near a window. the app is horrible. it takes forever to open up the app because you have to wait for an ad and then when you finally get past the ad you have to wait for the camera to load. on top of that a majority of the events that my phone notifies me of are not recorded for some reason. this means this camera is not good for being able to watch any footage or see what's going on outside

Stop the bloody adverts! Ridiculous for a paid product. I have no issue with the plugs - always worked fine for me, but all of a sudden the app imposes stupid and irrelevant advertising on opening. I bought the plugs which require the app to use them properly- the app is an integral part of the product. I did not sign up for advertising and you have added it without reference or permission. Absolutely disgraceful. I am binning the plugs - and won't buy any of your products again.

I have 4 Teckin Clicks set up throughout my house. I bought these because they were cheap......and that's exactly what they are -- cheap pieces of junk. They always seem to have issues, but it's never one at a time, it's always all 4 of them. I've had to reformat the SD cards for all of them all at one time before, and now they all miraculously stopped detecting motion; not just one of them, ALL FOUR OF THEM. Save yourself the headache and spend a little money and buy better products.
