This game used to be quite fun and challenging, however, it now has an Ad banner at the top covering the players info so it has become more work to play than to just enjoy the game, totally taking the fun right out of it. And the booster to display a valuable word is an absolute joke that I no longer pay for coins because it provides the lowest score and does not use all tiles to create a word, hence the 3 star review.

Love this game but it's been extremely frustrating lately. Even though I'm a paid subscriber, there are still too many ads. And the last several weeks I get "fetching your video, try again later" messages which last for hours. I've reported the issue a couple of times but there's little to no response or resolution. Judging from other messages on here, tech support needs to GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER ASAP!

For a week now the videos for the daily free rewards, or to get additional coins for winning games etc..hasn't been loading. At all. Just says please try again later. But after a week with no app updates in the store either? Seems odd, I did clear the app cache to be safe. I'm open to suggestions but I just figured I'd mention it here so it's brought to someone's attention
