The application it's self is useful but it's not connecting properly can't even open sometimes and most of our engineers couldn't connect and no data is shown. Black box is not working wifi is not connecting real time monitoring is olso not working if we take 10 of them then 1 will be working smoothly and syncing time don't want to talk on that worst experience on an application while syncing we can find the falut manually before the application syncing 👎

It takes a lot of time in the first login and sometimes it also takes a lot of time in sync, approximately 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes it takes up to half an hour and in the washing machine, it is not connected to WiFi in all the models. You know, in the models with WiFi and even in the refrigerator, it does not connect properly.
