My profile got deleted and unable to retrieve. Haven't played this game for a couple of months. Wanted to play again fews days ago, upon logging in after the update, I went through tutorials and never got my profile back. Tried relogging in a couple of times but to no avail. its quite disappointing considering the players and other items I acquired overtime. I used to enjoyed the game as past time but I'm leaving a review before deleting it for good.

After confirming with the planning team, due to optimizations to the underlying logic of star players in the new version, their skills and actions have changed compared to the original version. Based on the current value of players and golds in your account, an equivalent amount of diamonds will be issued.

I have been playing since it was made. I pre-ordered it and I love the game. I think the matching mechanics should be adjusted because after about just a minute or less you'll be matched with bots rather than real players and the frequency is a bit much. Playing with real players gives you the competitiveness you want. When you play with too many bots, the game becomes predictable and boring. NBA INFINITE before the major update didn't have this much bot games. I want to stay a big fan.🙏🏽

Hi, the matching system of NBA Infinite aims to create a fair competitive environment. However, individual performance differences may lead to varying strengths among teammates. We suggest maintaining a patient and positive attitude, fostering open communication, sharing basketball knowledge and skills, and working together to win the game!

It was good at start of re-lunch then it went downhill. Best players are locked behind paywall. If you are not Legend or Hall of fame rank expect to play almost every game with bots and if you are not playing with bots you will play against players way over your rank / league. Game had re-lunch, it was ok and it gave me hope, but now it is really bad. If devs want to fix this, they really need to work on bots, difficulties of getting players and market.
