Oven broke on my 2nd day of play. The mechanic is 1300 coins, and cant do much with the store locked, so I couldn't play for 3 IRL days waiting for my characters to earn enough to pay it off and play again. (Only other options according to the tutorial is DIY (cant use, characters refuse to sleep), or pay real world money. Shockingly, I don't wanna throw down cash on a game that became unplayable on day 2. Earned enough to pay it off only for the washer to break 2 days later. I'm done. 🙄)

I like this game quite a lot, so much that I bought in game currency multiple times.. then I got a new phone and I can't transfer it (I have tried EVERYTHING) and support are no help with this. This is the kind of game where you play through loads of generations so kind of a deal breaker for me. Personally, if I could go back, I'd play a different one that allows you to transfer your progress to a new device but after dealing with their support, not sure I'd bother with an LDW game again.

Thank you for your feedback. The game doesn't have a backup method yet, but one may be implemented in a future update. We did offer to transfer your in-app purchases to your new game and device, but are awaiting your reply - please check your email for more information!

I usually like LDW games but not this one. Everything is always breaking and are expensive to fix cause the characters don't make a lot of money. They are always screaming and making annoying noises, so much so I play without the audio. This game is also really boring, there is nothing much to do. The time and effort put into this game could have been used towards virtual town which I loved. Please put that back on the app store btw .
