English version of the app is terrible. Takes forever to load, lack most of the options available on the Korean version, keep displaying error messages... I don't understand why they don't simply translate the Korean version into English. The Korean version is good so use that is you understand Korean even a little bit, it will save you time and sorrow

The app is fast and displays all you need to know about train schedules and fare .. The booking method is not the best but that's stills works.. What doesn't work at all is the payment.. The moment you choose to pay (foreign card for me), and enter your card numbers, it crashes, gets stuck on loading and does nothing at all. Waste of time.

Absolute garbage – impossible for travelers to use. Total waste of time. The user interface is a complete mess and feels like it hasn’t been updated in a decade. Most frustratingly, there is no clear option to change the language, making the entire booking process a guessing game of "click and hope." Even if you manage to navigate the menus, the payment system is utter junk—it constantly rejects international cards or crashes mid-transaction. It’s a "smart" app that is incredibly stupid.
