There is a recurring payment clause buried in the terms and conditions. So if you buy a 6-month steeply discounted membership say for $33, they can then charge you $142 for another 6 months without giving a reminder or warning. I am giving two stars because I was able to get a partial refund for emailing them about it and they were quick to respond. I will also note that I was unhappy with the app. I tried to make the program work for me by talking to their AI chat, but nothing was resolved.

Just downloaded the app and already a bug. I paid for 6 months and everything seems okay. I got to use the AI chat feature and the bot can send messages but I can't reply. No field for me to chat back shows up and neither does my keyboard. even after closing the app and reopening it nothing changes. other than that, We'll see if there are any other bugs.

This app is absolutely horrible! I used it for a month it didn't allow me to postpone the initial run to start with. I should have known then and just canceled. When I did cancel two months later (I admit I forgot I even had it) I thought I was done. Nope! They fraudulently reinstated my account, charged me and the refused to refund me. Don't believe the hype these people are frauds! I even included screen shots of my account being canceled and them reinstating it without my authorization.
