Easy to navigate self booked flights. However, I don't like having to go through the entire search process again when leaving the site, it's clunky and time consuming. I would like to see price guides displayed for the entire month, during the search. makes it easier to book the cheapest price.

I have to fly every week for my work. However, it is disaster to buy serval months tickets, and also face check-in and qr code issue. I am not sure why so simple feature but it is hard for you guys. Can you fix and improveļ¼ 1.cannot check in always. 2. QR code miss before flight 3.support buy multiple tickets. 4. donot have default preference setting, I have to choose same options 1 by 1

Very disappointed with my experience with Jetstar on 20 June (Cairns to Brisbane, 6:00 AM). I arrived at the airport around 5:00 AM and reached the check-in counter at approximately 5:15 AM after organising my luggage to comply with my purchased 40 kg checked baggage allowance. Despite this, I was told check-in had closed and was forced to pay $175 to book the next flight. To make matters worse, when boarding the later flight, I was charged an additional $75 because my carry-on bag had no weight
