Managers can access staff schedules, approve/deny employee requests, monitor employee status, and communicate directly with team members in-app.

Seems like a generally great app for work and shift management. Has some quirks which don't come to mind at the moment, like, picking up shifts seems counterintuitive until you realize how they work. Also, I get that Chime is probably a sponsored partnership, but it's front-and-center on my dashboard and I'm never going to use it. I'd appreciate that space being used for more important things, like showing me shifts.

from management perspective I do not understand why anyone would choose a system that only allows you to input unavailable times as opposed to available times. it is difficult to filter down which employees I want/need to see. cannot easily put in time of for your staff. trading shifts is more complicated. my list goes on. TCP offers more convenient scheduling apps and I dont know why I'd use this over something like When2Work.

Myself and several coworkers have been unable to punch in or out on this app for weeks. It tells us to turn on location services, but location is already on.
