Vrbo in general is not a great platform, but syncing on the app and between their systems is EVEN WORSE. Messages between myself and a guest keep getting lost every time I exit the app. They will eventually appear later in the day, but not in the moment when I need them. Notifications of messages from renters are SO delayed that I will expect a new message to be there, only to find it was a message I already responded to.

This app always seems to have a glitch. majority of the time, it will kick you out and then will not let you log back in. It's always trying to make you log in through a different browser or the vacationer app instead of letting you in your owner account. We've had to change passwords multiple times on this account, because it it seems to unlink information or something. Frustrating app most of the time.

It's fine.. been having lots of issues updating the availability in my calendar, it won't save blocked off nights, meaning I have to decline requests or alter them or have lengthy conversations about my availability with potential guests.. and it won't save amenities and my welcome guide so guests can have the info they need. Super frustrating, makes me want to delete my listing. Fix the app please!!
