With all the hardware that allows you to read temperature and control fan speeds, etc. I cannot believe there isn't a simple function that allows you to set your preferred ambient temperature to them. Control the fan speed. People in different countries have different third temperatures. I am now returning this tower fan. Because it is not cheap yet. The basic function of being able to turn the fan off, maybe in the morning, when it's cool is not available. no warranty issues- lack of software

Using with a portable AC unit. Constant disconnects after the last few updates. Very strong WiFi signal and speed. Very frustrating. Using the app just a moment ago and poof, device is disconnected. Update. it just magically reconnected. ***update*** it seems to be working perfectly now. April 2026

good app but it worked for all of 3 hours. Then it could no longer find the air conditioner and now won't connect again. followed all troubleshooting with no good results. having uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the loading animation just cycles endlessly and fails to log in. unusable.
