Rappi has been very useful when traveling in South America. It supports English language in the UI, which is a huge plus. It has a good network of drivers. The big issue is that I've never received an order in the time initially promised when placing the order. And the app has no explanation for why this happens repeatedly. Even when I paid extra for prioritized fast delivery, which I've done many times, it always comes late! Another issue - the app has too many distracting promos & ads!

The app doesn't work. It doesn't track in real time so you end up waiting when you could be relaxing. Also they don't discipline their drivers. Yesterday I ordered, and the driver, according to the app went in the opposite direction of me, the app kept changing delivery time until I had waited 2 hours for a 5 minute drive. The driver stole my food! And to add insult, I never got a refund of any kind! I do not recommend this app any longer. TODAY there is an ad for chatgpt with no opt out option

The app works well sometimes, but the times that it doesn't are awful. If you order from a store, they change your order without communicating with you. You have no way to reach a customer service person to check on your orders- they only give you a menu, and when you try to use the web version, the only option they give is to cancel your order. Horrible. If you're able, it's best to use one of the competitors like pedidosya, they at least let you chat with a person when there's a problem.
