The Scoot app is unreliable when it comes to managing bookings. After purchasing a ticket through the app, my booking did not appear, making it impossible to access it from within the app. Do not delete your booking confirmation email, as it may be the only way to retrieve your booking details. This is a basic feature that should work properly. Customers should never have to rely on an email because the app fails to display a booking. Scoot needs to fix this issue

The app isn't working well. It keeps retrieving data (floating swan). I had to switch between wifi and mobile data and vise versa in order to stop the swan from floating. I cannot redeem flights too. Cannot sign in into my krisflyer acc. My first scoot app, few years ago worked very well. After a series of updates, the app is no longer as it was before.

Keeps signing me out. Also even after enabling fingerprint authentication, the next time I get kicked out I have to enable it again. Plus why do I have to keep entering my trip info whenever I login? It is very troublesome and not very user friendly, I have to keep finding the trip reference number to enter into the app. Please fix this.
