The Flink Workforce app has major problems with order allocation. Riders often receive multiple orders going in completely opposite directions, wasting time and reducing efficiency. The system should combine orders that are on the same route or nearby areas. Another issue is unfair assignment logic. Even when riders are already available near the hub, orders are sometimes given to a rider who just returned from delivery instead of those waiting longer. The algorithm needs serious improvement.

great app!! saw that you plan to fix the street names missing from the map. It would be great to have this as Google router sometimes leads to the wrong street when navigating to "hinterhaus" addresses. would be great to have an option for a lower battery consumption. 8 hour shifts are really hard to manage as the app drains phone battery in 3 ~4 hours.

Some things are missing from the old app. One time the app stuck and I accidentally swiped twice and then it showed delivered. After that I was not able to find the clients name or address. Tips are not updating after the delivery, it's showing only after when we reach back. So if there is 2 deliveries we won't be able to understand the tips individually. Tip history there is no individual tip history. No inbuilt navigation.
