I paid around €500 for the Fibaro Intercom and expected a premium experience. Instead, basic features such as an indoor chime require extra hardware and complex setup. The Android app is very limited, many options mentioned in the documentation are missing, and I frequently get connection errors. Hardware is decent, but the software experience feels unfinished and unreliable. Not worth the price.

Disappointed. Note 10+. Android app: there are no user settings available anywhere in the app. Can't change any settings, can't add users, nothing like that because there are no actual menu items in the app to allow me to do that. Very expensive product and very bad software. Not recommended on android!

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion on the app. Please note that the official manual at https://manuals.fibaro.com/intercom/ strictly points out the differences between Android and iOS versions of the app. They are listed in a table called "Differences between mobile apps. The only what can do is to open the door.....Seems the menu "settings" is missing for the Android version of the app. There is no way to configure other users. After Initial configuration web interface can be used for this and using this combination is more or less useful and the Intercom can be configured.
