I purchased tickets yesterday and now i downloaded the application to sign in with my same e-mail that i have used to buy the ticket but i couldn't sign in. It showing like "a verification code is sent to your email" but i never received an email. Pls fix this for me. I try to call the customer service and they told it will work in the night but still it's not fixed, pls get me back to sort out this issue Thank you

22 November update: Seems the initial glitch I wrote about was fixed. Thanks for your prompt response. Initial 21 November post: The app doesn't function. I attempted to sign in with the email I registered for the tickets and I repeatedly received an error message.

I don't know why even though I have purchased the tickets for the quarter finals of the arab cup I am not receiving the tickets even after signing in with the email I used to buy the tickets I would request the operator of this app to fix this as soon as possible

We’d like to inform you that, at the moment, only tickets for the U-17 tournament (except for the Final match) are available in the app. The tickets for the Arab Cup tournament will be added to the Road to Qatar App at a later date. Once they are ready, you’ll get an email inviting you to download the app and access your tickets.
