Giving this app a 2 because it's been out since 2018, and by now you would think alot of the bugs and issues would have been worked out by now. The biggest issue for me is the user interface. Initially I was like cool a tik tok ->fanbase migration of content feature. Update March 4th 2025 and the migration still sucks. This why people don't Support Black owned business because it's half done work. yall had time to fix it. Back to RedNote i go.

I'm really trying to support and use Fanbase. I downloaded it months ago and faced difficulties registering and even using the app. When I finally sorted all of that out, I faced difficulties finding content. I put it to sleep for months in the hope that it would get better. Today, and months later, It's still buggy and the content is still minimal. Come on guys. Clean it up. Make the app as seamless and clean as the the little ribbon that pops up asking for the $5 subscription.

I am having a lot of trouble with this app. When I try to log in, it would say that there was an unexpected error or that it couldn't find a certification for the email address associated with my account. If I do manage to log in to the app, there’s one video in my file that I don't even have the option to upload on Fanbase+, even though it meets all the requirements. When I try to upload that same video on the website, it fails to upload. Fanbase has potential, but it needs to be fixed.
