After you activate your account, everything is great. They keep you updated when there is maintenance happening, which takes about 2 hours, and it happens in time when you're asleep, which is good. When you have a question, you reach out to them by email, and they go above and beyond for you.

I had a very stressful experience with Expatrio blocked account activation. The blocked amount transfer was completed successfully without any issue, and I also completed POSTIDENT verification at a Deutsche Post branch. However, the account activation status did not update properly afterward. Despite already completing in-person verification, I was later asked to travel from Trier to Berlin for another verification appointment. For an international student, this means significant travel costs

Highly frustrated with the current support model. Poppy (the AI bot) is a massive step backward and makes it impossible to get help. Replacing your support staff with a bot was a mistake, please bring back real people so we can actually use the app effectively.
