First off, loving the new UI interface as it has a fresh and minimalist look. However, what I don't like is how customer service/chat doesn't provide me with someone (not a bot) to answer my questions. Answers provided were irrelevant. In terms of signing in using my password/biometrics correctly, it still prompts me with entering a verification code sent to my phone number. It's either a hit or miss which is quite aggravating. I would seeiously like to request for an update to fix these issues.

Not sure whats going on. I'm just trying to mobile deposit a check and each time I try to take a photo of the back. It would stupidly crash and force me to re login each time. Yes I have tried to restart my phone, re-download the app. It's very frustrating. Not only that, even when I get a perfect clear photo it still refuse to accept my check
