eufy Clean - Live Well. Live Smart. Control your Eufy smart home devices from anywhere.

You can also share Eufy smart home devices with family members, so everyone can set their own personal preferences for each device.

How to use eufy Clean:
-Note: For new products released after 2026 (such as C28, S2, etc.), please use the eufy app.

- Registering your account: After downloading the app, create and register an account with your Email address. (Or directly log in with your EufyLife account)

- Adding devices: Open the eufy Clean app and follow the intuitive setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone. If a device has already been setup by another family member, you can request control access to operate that device from that family member.

- Using devices: After successfully pairing the new device, it will show up in the device list. Simply tap the icon you wish to use and start enjoying the Eufy smart home experience.

04-05-2024, since 10-10-2024 purchase: I've got 4 floors, this thing only supports 3 maps. For as expensive of equipment this is, this feels like a huge oversight. Would appreciate a flag on maps to let it know there's no base on that floor (Eufy S1 Pro). Would save us from a lot of grief. Still really frustrated. If it's a hardware thing, just let me know and I can stop holding out hope. But that you just canned responsed me makes this worse.

Keeps crashing. i cannot add my device. as soon as i try to connect to the internet it drops me back to the first step. ive tried from my tablet too (different device) does the same thing. i uninstalled and installed the app 3 times so far. was working fine before. now i need to add my new robot and doesnt work at all, cannot even find my internet in the list. before that, as an app was fine!

Generally, the app is good to use. I'm forced to give it one star because the device constantly loses its map. The map I spent hours customising, so that the vacuuming cycle ran smoothly. It reverts to default map. There is no option to back up the map so it can be restored later if it gets 'lost'. This will be the second robovac I've returned due to similar issue. once the map is created it should be available forever! s Should be able to save multiple maps and back them up.
