this app is pointless. I tried it again because the free mobile game you are supposed to get for installing looked interesting, but upon finally getting to it, and I did have to search for it, it was not at all free. Furthermore, it just prompts you to go to their website, you don't stay in the app to visit the store. Not worth the trouble, not sure what it does besides kind-of-sort-of-but-not-really authenticate?

Totally worst website for purchasing games, and really you can't do nothing if your purchasing process is failed!. However neither is good collection of games nor you can get anything. So the solution is go steam, it's far far more better website than it , go there select your fav games and purchase it without any annoying issues. Trust me Steam is better.

Utter trash. Had my account stolen, Epic wouldn't help in spite of being provided tons of info, then told me I could reclaim my account through the app. It's BS because you need an accessible account to be able to use the app to get an Auth code. So the app doesn't work. As it's theft of purchased goods and personal details, the UK police are now involved. Absolute sham of a company, with an app to match. Oh, and the email was from a well-known extortion scam. Lazy people make a bad app.
