It's a good game and the in-app purchasing is a little high in my idea but overall not bad. However, the reason for such a low score is because the app constantly crashes. Sometimes up to five times before I can even play the game for 10-15 minutes only for it to crash again. Also I have had stickers go missing which from other reviews seems to be not so unheard of. I feel that this app could use some work.

Edit: It's all fixed now. Thank you very much. After changing my phone, I contacted them to transfer the data. They asked me to save the progress on the old phone and I did it. I also supplied the necessary information such as my game IDs, but they stopped responding to my request. I sent the second request using their contact form last week but no response for about a week. I haven't been able to play the game for about 2 weeks now.

Fun game but lots of bugs and customer service is either slow and unresponsive. I purchased a VIP pass but still got locked. I repurchased the same item but I still get the bug. Also been having trouble with two accounts ever since I switched phones. another account keeps popping up when I only want to use the account that is linked to my Google Play. I encountered plenty of issues but nothing has been fixed. The only fun that it keeps me is the gameplay itself, but the rest is full of issues.
