Duolingo English Test (DET)

Duolingo needs to work on a better, more reliable way to setup the second camera. I have met every single requirement needed for the test. I have watched numerous YouTube videos on how to setup the second camera using my phone and can clearly see my laptop screen and keyboard positioned in the preview video exactly the way the YouTube videos described. My internet speed has also been checked and it's perfect, so why is it not working. It is so annoying.

I had a great experience with the Duolingo English Test. The process was very easy and convenient, and I really liked that I could take the test from home. The interface is simple and user-friendly, the results come very quickly, and the test is much more affordable than many other options. Overall, it’s a very handy and efficient way to prove English proficiency.

I paid 107 AUD to take a test, but the process has been extremely frustrating. I tried more than five times, and just the setup alone took nearly an hour. In the end, it kept saying “setup timed out.” The system made me touch my ear with the camera and hold the position for more than 10 minutes with no result. I even tried using a different phone, but the outcome was the same. I couldn’t even start the test. Can someone please tell me how to get my money back?
