I was already using the Downdog app for years and it has changed my lifestyle completely. It was then logical for me to get the Prenatal app when I got pregnant and I can say I was absolutely NOT disappointed. I think the greatest thing about this app is that you can adapt your practice to the trimester you're in, which makes it easier to get confident regarding the evolution of your body and bump. I really recommend it to anyone who is going through pregnancy.

I love Down Dog in general, but this version for Prenatal Yoga is not very good, imo. The exercises are barely modified at all and the model showing them (not pregnant) goes as deep in the poses as she can, which is misleading and unrealistic in pregnancy. I did not feel safe following the video, so I ended up following the few (mostly unmodified) instructions, resulting in a disappointing experience.

I've had the Down Dog app for years now. Then they added the prenatal yoga! Now I'm pregnant with my second child and can finally try it out... so far I'm very happy with the workouts... there are always pelvic floor exercises, which I forget otherwise, some labor prep, specific focus points for pregnant ladies... a great app and as always great workouts ❤️
