Deceptive business practices like fake coupons/discounts and fake free returns, I like what I've gotten, but the coupons are a joke. The app sucks.They arent deals, and you have to buy very specific items that arent explained well. They dont calculate correctly I got an anniversary code but couldn't use it saying my purchase didn't qualify but yet would never come back or tell me what the requirements are. Same for birthday. This has happened multiple times.I would order monthly if not for that.

I love the clothes, but the sizes are hit or miss. One pair of medium jeans may fit you but another wont. Their customer service is very hit or miss too. I've had outstanding customer service in one case and shockingly bad in another, where they ignored my repeated requests for a refund, after I sent the item back, for 6 weeks. But overall the quality of the clothes has been great and I do have many items and will continue to buy from them.

It would be great if you could tag your fave items in the app, so it would make going back to them easier with a "Favourites Tab". Some apps have this & if an item becomes discontinued, it drops off your list or some apps leave it & suggest an alternative. Let's be honest sorting through the endless amount of your products is tedious when you want something specific but can't remember the full description. I can't count the amount of times I've left the app because I can't find a specific item
