Have struggled with trying to change feeding schedule since I've had the products (two wifi feeder models with cameras that i got about 3 years ago). Feeders release food sporadically resulting in weeks of far too few feedings and then weeks of way too many feedings which cant be solved through the app since it simply doesn't respond to schedule changes. very frustrating. occasionally when I reset both feeders and delete and re-download the app it works, but that is only for a matter of time

I wasn't sure about automatic pet feeders at first, but after using it for a few years, it was a good investment. The app, however, feels and looks slightly outdated and buggy on very rare occasions. The feeder can randomly disconnect from WiFi and it takes ages to reconnect. However, once these issues are fixed, the app itself has a few useful functions, like timers for feeders as well as the amounts of portions to be poured down at specific times. Not bad, but could be better.

So far, it works great. Easy to set up. Would be 5* if it notified when successful feeding, for peace of mind, as opposed to having to go into the logs each time Update 27/11 4* now 2* For over 2 months now, I have not received notifications suddenly with no change to my settings and a fresh install. Have contacted the team and was advised this would take approximately 1 month, no movement on this when followed up. 24/1 still unchanged.
