I really love this app and that's why I'm sad to give it 3 stars because it crashes too often. Today it has crashed no less than 5 times and I'm done with it for now. Fix the crashing and make it more dependable and I'll gladly give the 5 stars I want to. I love having every show on here and want to see this work but right now it is not.

I'm another user frustrated with the app glitches and how Ramsey actually expects people to replace their fully-featured podcast apps with whatever you call this to listen to the full episodes of their shows. I'm also disappointed that most of the responses here are to email in with issues for 1-on-1 help when that won't solve said issues. Several people are saying the same things - just fix and improve the app and most of us won't need to email your help desk! I'll most likely be uninstalling.

There's something buggy when the app is running in the background. I have excellent wifi, but the episode stops suddenly. Sometimes it's buffering. But other times, it acts as if the app was closed. I then have to go find the episode again to resume playing. Two things... (1) If there could be better "memory" of the episode in progress being shown on the home screen and (2) If you could listen to an episode while browsing other areas of the app ...would increase my rating of the app.
