I can't even get past the registration because the app insisted that my face isn't visible in the ID photo or that my ID is 'fake' or taken via screen even though it was legit and even has my fingers on. please do better. we just want to buy fuel for our vehicles. this is just making things harder than necessary

Useless... When i have trouble with my phone, mybalance, mysignal .. fixed! I can't recharging my car. When another customer has trouble with recharging in gas station,, that's so wasting time or take long time to solve! Please be smart when you make something new decision. You need to research for a long time . I think , it's not effective and still too bad!

Can't really depend on this app. It was in the middle of night, I didn't have cash with me so I decided to top up LinkAja. With queue that long, I finally got my turn to fill and I asked the staff working there, "pake aplikasi, bisa mas?" Then he said, "lagi error mas." And yea of course I needed to go to nearest ATM to get cash. A waste of time and a waste of energy. Before making the app mandatory for the citizens to use, make sure first it's well-built. Thanks a lot.
