How is this app even still in the play store? It's terrible. It loses connection to wifi, my lights start blinking on and off, I can never get it back unless I restart the app. Totally unusable in live streams and recording which is what I bought the key lights for. It's a shame this hasn't been fixed. I have dozens of apps that control remote devices, none of them lose the connection and start flashing the devices. I feel totally let down by Elgato.

Absolute garbage. That's not very constructive, but this app is awful. After half an hour of trying to connect a keylight with it, I just gave up. The ui doesn't work well at all. As soon as I finally manage to connect a keylight to the wifi, it just completely fails. I'm not buying elgato products anymore I've had it with this. I'm more than happy to pay a premium for quality, but this is just awful.

I have elgato key lights connected to the app, most of the time I can't even see them in the app. Sometimes they appear but as soon as I try to change something they disappear again. Just now I felt that the connection was uncommonly good so I tried to update the firmware on the lights in hopes that the new firmware might be better.. "firmware update failed" with no further information. So basically the app Is useless in the true sense of the word. It cannot do it's only purpose. 0/5
