Horrible update! After the auto-update, 'My Files' is not opening at all. Every time I touch the icon, the screen goes black for a second and then crashes. It's showing 'not compatible with your device anymore'. This is extremely frustrating as I cannot access my files. Fix this bug ASAP!

My Files has lately been unable to clean cache. It calculates cache correctly and reports “cleaned", but does not delete most real app cache anymore. The result: numbers look good, but storage doesn’t change. I only see real space freed when I clear cache myself app by app manually—or uninstall apps. This is very serious. Kindly, do something about it.

Pathetic app! How can an official file manager in 2026 not have a "Recently Deleted" or "Trash" option? I accidentally deleted an important folder today and there is no way to recover it. Every other mobile brand provides a trash bin. This is a basic feature, not a luxury! Fix this immediately and add a Trash folder in the next update.
