Atleast once every afternoon the app stops working and I cannot get my chats voicemails or make calls..can't use the desktop version because I get made a minute of talking with my client before the call goes silent. It is incredibly frustrating that there are issues so frequently. Makes working remote way more challenging than it needs to be

when another call comes in while I am already on the phone, I can't access the options such as transfer or hold. I tried to select the current call notification in the drop down menu, but it kept being overridden by the new incoming call. I had to wait for the new call to hang up before I was able to access the current call menu and transfer the patient.
